Café da manhã e localização boa

Ao chegarmos encontrando Xixi no vaso sanitário, cobertas e lençóis amassado e com cheiro de usados, maçaneta da porta quebrada, frigobar vazio e fazendo maior barulho, chuveiro só funciona a água gelada ( a função quente não funcionou nem ligando sozinho), não tem telefone pra comunicar com a recepção nem pra pedir uma água
