O apto é bem novinho,tem tudo que se precisa em uma cozinha ,móveis não são novos ,mas são confortáveis,ventilador de teto no apto todo ,o que é muito bom🙏a dona um amor ,a pessoa que nos recebe dona Vera muito gentil e atenciosa, localização maravilhosa,gostei muito

Tivemos problema apenas com o controle do portão ,ele demora bastante pra abrir ,mas de resto tudo perfeito

Apartamento bem localizado, arejado, pega o sol da manhã, bem equipado ( com utensílios, TV na sala e no quarto), uma vista linda e super perto da praia. Eu amei e voltaria mil vezes!!! Ahh e tem estacionamento!

Eu gostei de tudo!!
