Localização, em frente a praia, próximo a padarias, restaurantes, sorveterias, etc. O Quarto tem vista para o mar e com acesso a cobertura com piscina do prédio. O Quarto é espaçoso e cama confortável.

O prédio e sua localização é muito premium, o apartamento merecia um investimento de reforma para deixa-lo mais moderno.
