Apartamento muito bem localizado, portaria 24h silencioso, confortavel e bem equipado.

O sofá cama poderia estar em melhor estado, a porta poderia ser mais vedada balança muito com o vento e a cidade venta bastante, acaba atrapalhando o sono de quem dorme na sala.
