Da praticidade de estar próximo a arena. (Caminhada de 15min por dentro do condominio) Demorou pra portaria liberar, porteiro era novo, ligamos ao proprietario e logo deu certo. Depois tivemos uma questao com aquecedor do chuveiro, mas o proprietário foi atencioso e nós retornou de imediato para solucionar a questão. E nos permitiu sair após horário do check-out para compensar o imprevisto com chuveiro.
