Localização boa para as minhas necessidades. Prédio novo. Boa área de rooftop. O atendimento por whatsapp foi rápido, principalmente para me permitir o acesso ao prédio, pois eu não conseguia dar as mil e uma autorizações que o app pedia.

Sistema de acesso por meio de app é péssimo. Vc é obrigado a instalar o app no seu celular e conceder milhares de autorizações, inclusive para acessar seus contatos, violando totalmente o sigilo do seu celular. Sabe-se lá deus que informação eles estão coletando no nosso aparelho. Fora que vc perde tempo para instalar o app, cujo acesso é liberado poucas horas antes da sua chegada. Tanta "modernidade" no acesso ao prédio, pra vc ser obrigado a carregar chaves para entrar no apartamento, igual sua avó fazia no início do século XX. Por que não tem fechadura eletrônica no apto? No apto, vc é obrigado a levantar da cama no escuro pq não tem um interruptor ou luminária ao lado da cama, novamente dá pra perceber que a modernidade ficou do lado de fora. Por fim, qual era na casa da sua avó, tem um fio da antena da tv que vai pra fora da janela, impedindo que essa seja trancada. Falta ainda um filtro de água no apartamento. Só tem na área comum, e um porta shampoo no banheiro. Limpeza meio falha. Tinha bastante teia de aranha no teto da cozinha.
