Achei super aconchegante, tava tudo muito limpo, amei localização bem próximo do centro, lugar muito tranquilo eu amei tudo voltarei outras vezes. A dona muito atenciosa 😍🥰

Não tem nd que eu não gostei, mais sentir falta de um ventilador na sala, e um varal de chão, tem um atrás da casa porém acho interessante um de chão.

Gostei do condomínio bem arejado e bastante tranquilo, ótimo lugar para quem quer descansar. São 3 quartos todos com ar condicionado muito bom.

A casa não dispõe de micro- ondas como consta no anúncio. O fogão está caindo aos pedaços, apenas duas bocas funcionam e o forno tb não funciona. Poderia ter mais utensílios domésticos, já que a intenção é que vc consiga preparar suas refeições.
