O bairro é excelente. Noites tranquilas. E povo da região bem amigável. É um distrito com aproximadamente 9mil habitantes. Tem padarias, frutarias...

Estacionamento de fácil acesso e seguro com local silencioso.

Não consegui entrar antes, pois alegou que o apto estava sendo limpo. Quando entrei não parecia ter sido limpo naquele dia. Um forte cheiro de inseticida e estacionado na frente do apto o Dedetizador estava indo embora. A geladeira não estava funcionando direito e eu tive que degelar e a justificativa é que não deu tempo de fazer, porque eu pedi para entrar antes. Combinado às 14h entrei às 13h30. Estava com minha gatinha no transporte que passou mau com vomito e urinou no transporte, coisa que nunca aconteceu, e a pessoa que nos atendeu poderia ter sido sincero e dito que o apto estava sendo dedetizado. Faltou sensibilidade, disponibilidade e respostas mais assertiva quando solicitei anteriormente o check-in às 12h.

O apartamento é ótimo, já é a terceira vez que vamos pra lá...muito limpo e fornece utensílios suficientes para quem vai passar alguns dias por lá..

Algo que precisa urgente é o ar condicionado pq a cidade faz muito calor é quase impossível andar por lá durante o dia.. E sofremos bastante pq o apartamento não tinha ar condicionado e um dos vendedores está muito barulhento e se tremendo todo...
