"Unresponsive staff after check in but great location"

Great location.

The room did not feel secure. A small padlock is used to lock the door during the day. The single bed was awfully uncomfortable It is quite difficult to find. The hosts were completely unresponsive after check in The kitchen is pretty dirty with few utensils. The ground floor entrance flooded during heavy rain
