The apartment was very clean overall, especially the floors and bathroom. The wardrobe was clean and well organized, with several hangers, an iron, and clean towels provided. The shower and shower stall were spacious and excellent. The bed was very comfortable—softer than I usually prefer—with four pillows, a duvet, and clean sheets. The air conditioning was excellent: quiet and allowed precise temperature control. I didn’t fully use the kitchen (only the microwave and refrigerator), but it appeared well equipped. The lighting was very good. The unit faces the street and is well located.

TV & Internet: The TV screen shows signs of aging, most noticeable with dark images, including a light green border and reduced sharpness. The internet connection was poor—Netflix wouldn’t connect, and YouTube frequently froze. Room layout (minor feedback): The room looked better in the photos. On arrival, the sofa had been moved to the window and the space behind it filled with vintage wicker chests, cushions, and an old telephone, which made the area feel cluttered and dusty. As a result, the TV is now off-center from the sofa, making it uncomfortable to watch. Suggestion: Replacing the Roman blind in the bedroom with a simple roller blind would help; the current one is stuck and dirty, preventing the side window from being opened. Noise: The unit faces the street and is affected by constant delivery bike exhaust noise.

Tudo bem organizado. Ótima localização. Chuveiro ótimo!! Tem um espelho de corpo inteiro maravilhoso. Tudo lindo. Mais de duas toalhas. Colchas e lençóis. Tem tudo no quarto. Até máquina de lavar roupa. Amamos.

Poderia ter uma luz mais forte. Mas é o estilo do quarto que é mais aconchegante. Mas seria interessante pelo menos uma luz mais forte.

Só a localização

O apartamento totalmente sujo e tudo velho, cafeteira toda destruída sem condições de uso, sanduicheira suja de pão do outro hóspede, travesseiros só mofo, persianas não funcionam e todas sujas, o banheiro só mofo nas paredes, sofá cama sujo, armários da cozinha com poeira. Acho que o apartamento está abandonado ou a empresa que administra não está fazendo a limpeza.

Conforto, decoração e itens disponíveis

Alguns itens necessitando de manutenção. Torneira do chuveiro, porta do armário, gaveta da cozinha, puxador da geladeira e persiana.
