O apartamento que aluguei está com sérios problemas de manutenção e não consegui fazer a manutenção, o condomínio empurra para o proprietário e o proprietário não responde, ou responde e não resolve. O chuveiro não funciona por mais de 5 minutos, a chave no medidor cai e se voce estiver sozinho, vai ter que sair de toalha e ir na entrada do prédio armar a chave. O guarda roupa está quebrado faltando uma porta. Não tem Internet no apartamento A TV não funciona por falta de antena e sinal de Internet. O fogão está estragado, fazendo um barulho insuportável O display do ar-condicionado não está funcionando
