Fernando foi super prestativo quando informei que o controle da tv não funcionava foi imediatamente ao local resolver. Local excelente super limpo super bem localizado perto de tudo.

Apenas os travesseiros estão precisando trocar urgente

A localização é muito boa, facilidade para fazer o check-in, e é bem tranquilo a rua onde fica a acomodação, ótima internet, além de ser perto de supermercado, padaria, praia...

O ponto negativo foi com a limpeza, o chão estava limpo, mas os utensílios (dentro da sanduicheira estava sujo, as portas dos armários engordurados) e vazando um pouco de água no cano da torneira do banheiro. Mas tirando isso, tudo estava maravilhoso.

Excelente! Não poderia ter sido melhor! O anfitrião super prestativo nas informações, o pessoal da portaria do prédio maravilhosos, super educados, o loft é muito confortável, tudo novinho e a localização é ótima! Da pra fazer tudo a pé! Praia, shopping, supermercado... Cama maravilhosa, chuveiro ótimo. Nossa viagem foi muito melhor com essa hospedagem!!!
