Me ligou super agressivo por que a portaria inventou que eu subi com uma pessoa a mais. E quando viu que estava errado nem pediu desculpas. Tinha lixo na cozinha quando chegamos

Complicated check in, unfriendly security personnel, leaks and non working appliances that had to be fixed, very basic insufficient kitchen appliances. Sofa was stained and dirty.

As a direct result, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation. Despite this, they refused to issue a full refund and only returned the cleaning fee. This means they charged me without providing any service. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about integrity and basic respect for customers.
