Localização e vista perfeita para o mar. Bom espaço interno. Atendimento perfeito do locatário.

Falta manutenção no condomínio e no apartamento, mas os demais pontos compensam a relação custo e benefício.

Résidence extrêmement bien sécurisée avec un poste de garde à l’entrée, c’est pourquoi ill est nécessaire de fournir une copie des passeports avant d’arriver pour le check-in. La piscine est incroyable, grande avec une vue magnifique sur la mer

La résidence etait en travaux, quelques ouvriers vont et viennent. Rien de très gênant neanmoins

Matheus est un hôte disponible et attentionné. La location est conforme aux photos avec une superbe terrasse vue sur mer très agréable.

L appartement aurait besoin d un peu d entretien ( poignée de porte, wc et espace collectif en rénovation)
