Segurança, limpeza, localização, ambiente, acomodação, qualidade e agilidade no atendimento pela anfitriã e pelo administrador local. Ambos foram extremamente prestativos e gentis antes e durante a hospedagem. Arraial é paradisíaco e o apartamento é próximo da melhor praia da cidade, Prainha. Eu e minha família amamos a estadia e voltaremos com certeza. Voltaremos com certeza.

Todos os itens de melhoria foram apontados para a anfitriã que prontamente nos retornou. A qualidade do Wi-Fi é ruim pela estrutura da cidade e 4G oscila demais. Talvez um repetidor por andar possa solucionar. Para quem tem pessoas idosas na família ou limitação física, ideal ficar no primeiro andar, no máximo. Prédio com escada, mas esse ponto está no anúncio.
