Loft Boutique no melhor ponto de Copacabana

We liked everything. Talking to both hosts was easy and they are super nice. The loft is top of the line modern and very confortable, the kitchen has everything you need and more and also the bathroom with shampoo, soap, everything. The location was great (we lived in Copacabana before, so we knew the area), full of restaurants, near the metro station and the beach and located at a not busy street.

Nothing at all

This apartment is just PERFECT! You have all that you need and even more (with all the facilities, at the beach, very close to restaurants, supermarket and stores). Eduardo is the perfect host, always there with answers and very helpfull. It felt like home away from home!

From the first glance it looks good

The furniture is not clean. I have allergies from the first night till i checked out. Once i left the room my nose and throat stopped hurting me but once i stepped in the apt my body hurt. I don’t recommend getting this place if you have sensitive skin. I checked under the sofa and it was full of dirt and trash. The staff came and tried to clean but didnt do anything

Probably the fanciest apartment I've ever been in - wish my home was this nice! Every appliance you'd ever need in a kitchen, a great washing machine, a TV that flips down from the ceiling according to voice commands. Wow. There are 2 bathrooms with excellent water pressure in the shower. Any staff member I met or spoke to was professional, caring and welcoming. The place is very 'aconchegante' You're right in the heart of Copacabana, so the beach and eateries are a short walk. The street always felt safe and there's a doorman downstairs

Windows in the bedroom are quite thin... So if people are yelling in the streets of Copacabana (which can happen) you're likely to hear it

There are few properties that truly deserve to be rated "exceptional". Eduardo's is such property. Everything - from excellent communication before our arrival and help arranging a local driver, to flexibility regarding check-in time, to the true high-end design of the unit, to the thoughtful extras provided by the host - everything was really exceptional! Everything was truly perfect.

This is a palace of an apartment, well maintained, safe and very clean. The host knows how the run his business. I’ve traveled many places and stayed at lots of appartement, but this apparent is one of a kind and of world class. The apartment is furnished to meet all your needs. From a code lock on the door (so you don't have to take a key with you on the beach), to a beach tennis set, beach chairs, parasol, wasmachine, airfryer and even an automatic vacuum cleaner that cleans the house when you’re out. There is too much to write down, but believe me it is beyond your expectations. The location is perfect (Copacabana beach and very central) and the host is champions league level. The host provides you with a package of information about the neighborhood and everything there is to experience in Rio. If you have questions or need help, the host is immediately available and will answer your messages within a minute. If you’re visiting Rio, I would recommend you to book this place… Eduardo, many thanks for having us!

Perfect stay! Safe building with 24 hour security who only opens the door if he knows you, beautiful modern apartment and 5 minutes walk from Copacabana beach and Zona Sul supermarket. AC worked amazingly for those really hot days and the robot cleaner was really convenient to clean the apartment when we left for the day. Any queries or questions the owner was really responsive and helpful with providing solutions. Would 100% recommend and stay again when i come back to Rio!

Only thing was the remote for the tv in the bedroom was broken so needed to use alexa to turn on which could be difficult if you dont speak portuguese. Kitchen bin from the previous stay was still present for a few days but the owner kindly send over a cleaner to not only remove the bin but to clean the whole apartment again as a good gesture for the honest mistake!
