"Precisa de reforma."

A localização é ótima, a região é agradável e com muitos serviços e comércio perto. A planta do flat também é confortável e bem disposta.

É imprescindível, com urgência, uma reforma no local. Móveis e paredes já descascaram, infiltrações em estado avançado, inclusive com buraco no teto, papel de parede velho e com infiltração do ar-condicionado, persianas manchadas e furadas, estofados rasgados, mesa da cozinha quebrada e desnivelada (não fica reta), manchas grandes e corrosão no chuveiro e box e defasagem na estrutura elétrica, que opera em fase baixa, inclusive com aparente risco de curto-circuito na tomada da geladeira.
