Localização é perfeita. Do outro lado da rua tem o Parque da Jaqueira para passear com pets, correr, caminhar. Tem farmacias e padarias bem perto. Excelente local

A garagem é bem dificil para colocar o carro.

O apartamento é funcional, bem localizado, sem dificuldades para check in e check out, com estacionamento no prédio. Temos uma Golden e não houve resistência no imóvel a animais.

O estacionamento é apertado (pode ser um problema para carros grandes). Achamos a cama um pouco dura (o que é uma questão de gosto). Sugestão: deixar sachês de sal e açúcar, caso os viajantes queiram cozinhar algo no imóvel. Não sei se o problema era o controle da TV ou a própria TV, mas os comandos demoravam a responder.

Flat limpo, bem organizado e funcional. Localização ótima em frente ao parque da jaqueira, e ficou próximo do Centro de Convenções que era o meu o meu objetivo.

Poderia ter uma garrafinha de café; e também as bocas do cooktop não funcionam direito e demora muito pra esquentar uma simples água. Fora isso, tudo certo!
