Me and my parents had an amazing time at the property! Host was super friendly and nice sent all instructions necessary to our stay, staff from the building also super friendly and helpful. The view to the beach is stunning!!

"Excelente apto de frente pra praia com uma vista absurda!"

A vista é simplesmente incrível. O apto é mto espaçoso e confortável, sala enorme. Não usei a cozinha e os utensílios, mas pareceu razoavelmente equipado. A cama é confortável e os travesseiros são ok. A localização é ótima, só atravessar a rua e já está na praia. Mercadinho, padaria e resutaurantes bem próximos. Do lado do forte e mureta do Leme. Tem uma feirinha ali tb. Mto bom!!! A host Isabela foi atenciosa. Demorou um pouco pra responder as msgs, principalmente no último dia que precisávamos pegar o voo e não conseguíamos abrir a porta. Não atendeu minhas ligações. Mas permitiu e entrássemos mais cedo e saíssemos mais tarde o que foi um plus pra toda experiência e no fim conseguimos nos virar com a questão da porta e deu tudo certo 🙏🏼

Achei o quarto muito claro. Tem black out na janela do quarto, mas a do banheiro é de vidro e a porta q divide o quarto e o banheiro tb é de vidro, então entra toda a claridade. O chuveiro oscilou um pouco, esfriava no nada no meio do banho.

"Miraculous view of sunrise and sunset through the window."

Wonderful view, convenient location, beautiful walk along the beach. Spacious living area with plenty of light and large window opening to the magnificent sight of ocean and mountain. The kitchen was quite well equipped.

The uneven floor caught us multiple times. Luckily I did not fall but my friend who is older stripped once as she went from the living room to the kitchen without looking down. I could not find the hairdryer.

"Good view and proximity to the beach but..."

The view. The proximity to the beach.

We never met the person in charge of the apartment.; communication is a bit slow; there are utensils but there is nothing, in terms of basics: not a bag of tea, not sugar, no salt, no olive oil, ...nor a bottle of water to welcome the guests. I would recommend offering the essentials: when you go to a place for 2-3 nights, you do not want to buy salt, sugar, olive oil or a tea box, that are things that last forever ...and every guest could easily implement the basics with their visit.
