"Ventanal sobre la Playa Mariscal, amaneceres mágicos."

Primera línea, ventanal sobre la playa, tenía el mar de patio trasero. Subía una pasarela desde el patio y estaba en la arena. Precio inmejorable.

SOLO ES BUENA LA UBICACION, EL RESTO DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR. SALE CARO POR UBICACIÓN PERO PODRÍAN TENER MEJORES COMODIDADES. LA COCINA, SI TE GUSTA COCINAR EN EL DTO NO SIRVE, SUPER CHICA, SIN COSAS, LAS OLLAS QUE HABÍA TE QUEMABAN TODA LA COMIDA, NO TIENE MESADA SOLO COCINA Y BACHA DE LAVAR LOS PLATOS. LA DUCHA DEL BAÑO ANDABA CUANDO QUERIA, O TE QUEMABAS O TE CONGELABAS. LOS MUEBLES DE LA CASA SON MUY ANTIGUOS, SIN COMODIDADES. ENCONTRAS POR EL MISMO PRECIO A MEDIA CUADRA MAS ALEJADO DEPARTAMENTOS DE PRIMER NIVEL CON TODOS LOS LUJOS, BAÑO EN SUIT, 3 HABITACIONES. NO VALE LA PENA PAGAR ESE VALOR SOLO POR LA UBICACIÓN.
