The hotel itself is nice.

The hotel cooperates with booking.com where I booked and PAID for the room. However we tried to call the "landlord" of the "apartment" in the hotel, which is exactly the same as a normal hotel room. The guy in the reception refused to help us saying that "You have to contact the landlord" of this specific apartment, I'm not aware of the room number". This is absurd!! How can such a fine hotel cooperate with potential "scammers" at booking.com ??? The people in the reception at a fine hotel like this should always be able to help the customers of ANY kind no matter where they booked the hotel room.
