"Excelente localização e custo benefício"

Ótima localização, mercado do outro lado da rua, próximo ao Beto Carrero, apartamento confortável, cozinha bem equipada com tudo que precisávamos

Fomos numa época muito fria, o quarto da suíte era muito frio e o ar condicionado não aquecia era só frio., no corredor do lado de fora do apartamento, tinha um fedor insuportável.
