Excelente hospedagem ,tudo muito bem organizado, recepção maravilhosa. Tudo como descrito na plataforma.

Great location, family friendly, secure, playground, pool and soccer area for the kids. Close to the mall and everything else. Taxi right in front the building. Receptionist Bruno very kind and helpful. Laundry washer worked well as well all the appliances. Air conditioners brand new, shower very powerful.

The kids beds wasn’t made, had no fitted sheet on it and the mattresses where stained. Not enough towels for the kitchen. Old bed sheets and mattresses.

Location was excellent. The apartment was pleasant, sunny and clean. It was just the right size for me and the one family member who accompanied me. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The hot water worked well. The wifi was fine once I managed to get the network and password. The location was perfect for me, right next door to the hospital BP Mirante.

My only complaint is that it was difficult to get the wifi network and password. The reception desk did not have that information. It was not written down inside the apartment. It was sent to me via WhatsApp but I am from outside of the country and I didn't have any way to read my WhatsApp messages without being connected to wifi. This could have been handled better. It would have been helpful also if there had been a notebook in the apartment with key information about the apartment itself.
