Flat Jardins - Paulista

Great location just off Avenida Paulista. Up in the building hosted by Mercure. The street outside is downhill so the cars are letting go without motor noise. All the needed equipment in the kitchen for easy breakfast or lunches.

The apartment is well-equipped and sits in a great location just one block from the Avenida Paulista. Guests have the use of a wonderful rooftop pool and a small gym, which belong to the hotel that occupies most of the building. Keys are retrieved from the hotel reception where all attendants are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet (pay as you go) is plentiful and a good deal at 50 reais.

Unfortunately the owner (or his agent?) shows little flexibility. I arrived at 2pm, one hour before the designated check-in time, and my information had not yet been forwarded to the reception desk. When I contacted the owner, I was told that access would only be granted at the official hour. As a repeat customer (this was my second stay) I was disappointed by this rigid attitude, especially since the apartment had been cleaned and was ready to receive me.

Very stylish comfortable place, super clean with all you need. Amazing location. Friendly host answering very prompt. It’s in my top list of places to stay in São Paulo.
