Localização é ótima, apartamento até que é ok.

O apartamento está precisando de alguns reparos ficou um mal cheiro de esgoto como se tivesse alguma volta , estava vindo do lado de fora mas teve uma hora q incensou o apartamento infelizmente

Gostei muito da localização!

Não gostei do fogão que tá com as bocas ruins, o ar-condicionado não gela muito, o sofá cama não presta e no anúncio diz que é 02 quartos, eles deveriam trocar o sofá cama e as bocas do fogão, apt pequeno pra uma família
