Appartamento molto carino a due passi dal mare - posto 2 Copacabana - con molti locali e lavanderie nelle vicinanze . Ottima la sicurezza all’ingresso del palazzo. Nonostante sia ai piani alti, si sente un po’ il rumore del traffico ma niente che non si possa risolvere con i tappi. Ottima l’accoglienza del proprietario.

Super centralizado e limpo. Amei cada detalhe!

C’était propre et franchement, pour le prix, ça fait largement l’affaire. L’emplacement est top : en plein Copacabana, plage, McDo, commerces… tout à deux pas. Et niveau sécurité, rien à dire : gardiens 24h/24, entrée avec reconnaissance faciale, on se sent vraiment safe. Idéal si vous cherchez un plan pas cher bien situé.

Arrived late due to flight time and the host was super accommodating and quick communication via WhatsApp. Apartment was cute with a nice full size mirror and location was outstanding right on the beach.

Nothing the place was great and clean

The owner/manager was VERY available to answer questions throughout the stay and getting to the property. This felt like I had a concierge or even a friend in Rio which was helpful as I had never been to Rio before. The internet connection was fast enough to stream Netflix (in English) and use my laptop for work with VPN connection.

Entry to the elevators requires facial recognition software EVERY time you come and go from the room. This was unusual for me, but I never had to wait long.

Main plus of this Studio is its location - you can go to Copacabana beach in your slippers and swimming costume and enjoy dive without worrying about your personal belongings. And Pedro is a great host. He provide me with additional blankets (it was chili in the couple of nights), suggest best routes when in the first day I was an unclear about safe zones in Rio, and in the day of check out (at 10.00) had store my luggage in his apartment till 22.00 Thanks, Pedro!
