Localização e o loft muito completo

Lugar novo, decoração de bom gosto, localização excelente.

Somente o preço que achei bem salgado!

The little apartment was exceptionally well equipped, nothing was missing, you could easily cook if you wished to. Our landlady was extremely available for explicit information, and we appreciated that she was fluent in English, so the communication was easy. The apartment is very well located in a safe area surrounded by many policemen, the security is very sophisticate with a face recognition to allow entry and also a person is always present at the front desk.

We found the bed and the sofa (which is a bed actually) were a bit to high for our comfort, but nothing serious.

All facilities are the same as those presented at the time of reservation, the kitchen facilities are sufficient for preparing meals and are in good working order, there are special facilities, it has an air purifier, the air quality in Sao Paulo is not good, the air purifier is a very useful facility.

It's a bit narrow

Nice view, well-distributed space, beautiful decoration, and attentive owner. We loved the mugs and the overall decoration. The idea of placing the bed facing a large glass window with a view of the park was brilliant.

It's not the apartment's fault, but the elevator was a little scary. The sofa bed isn’t very comfortable, but it’s comfortable enough.

The host is amazing, superb person that helped us quite a lot and was really comprehensive. Highly recommend her loft!

The building is quite old and needs renovation. The elevators are small and slow, so they are quite busy all the time.
