Lugar organizado, limpo e completo para uma estadia confortável. Conta com estacionamento interno.

O chuveiro ou era muuuito quente ou gelado. Não tinha meio termo. Mas não comprometeu a excelente estadia que tivemos. Recomendo.

a segurança é excelente, muito tranquilo e bem localizado, a senha vem pelo whatsapp, tem senha no portão e no ap, não usa chaves físicas.

Bem localizado, de facil acesso, ambiente calmo tranquilo

Por ser instalação antiga, se faz necessário detetizacao, qdo chegamos tinha baratas solicitamos baygon e a limpeza tbm nao estava em dias. Deixou mto a desejar a limpeza
