Chuveiro elétrico (ele é muito potente, daí não consegue tomar banho na água morna, somente na fria. - e por mais que aqui seja quente, eu preciso de um chuveiro aquecido)

Ótima localização, apartamento independente com tudo dentro.

Não tenho defeitos para falar.

Cobrança antes de chegar, tanto da hospedagem quanto da taxa de limpeza tem que pagar antes.

Everything

The neighborhood is a little rough at night times, but nothing really that impacted my stay. Still did everything I wanted too!

A very clean & well set up place for either a single person or a couple to stay in very close to the centre of town. Everything works well & is new. Recommended!

The check-in process is cumbersome. On Booking, it states check-in until 23:00 & payment in advance. However, in person check-in stops at 17:00 & the payment to Booking is not the payment but a hold. Then, the expectation is that you pay again, & to 2 different people, before you receive any further information. After that, if you're arriving after 17:00 you receive a series (a lot) of messages & videos to watch on how to get into the property. Finally, you receive info on how to access the wifi. This all took over 24 hours to complete from the time of first paying Booking. This needs to be streamlined. I use Booking as a simple & quick option, not to have to go through this.
