location was great

I had to pay R$100 twice in order to have the place cleaned! windows treatment was broken(not able to close it..),exterior door knob broken at the very first moment I arrived (1:00am),alliances só old and not functioning properly,mattresses sooo hard and smelled horrible..!! so, the good part of it,was the location and the OWNER was very kind. The place have a potencial to be at least,descent,for the price. !!
