Condomínio é maravilhoso, piscinas e quadras excelentes. Muito bonito o ambiente!

Não gostei da taxa de utilização de piscina e áreas, não estava em destaque na locação, dependendo da quantidade de pessoas, pode se tornar bem relevante.
