Muito confortável. Cama de casal excelente e o sofá cama para a terceira pessoa tbm era muito bom. Roupas de cama de boa qualidade e chuveiro maravilhoso!!!!

Instalações ótimas, tudo muito limpo, benefício de conseguir deixar a bagagem antes e proximidade de vários locais de comida, deslocamento e farmácias.

São Paulo faz muito frio, não tinha cobertas para se aquecer, e o hotel não disponibiliza. Tive q solicitar e a entrega foi mais de meia noite, a recepção não comunicou acabei buscando na madrugada quando vi a mensagem, minimamente deveria ter no local disponível conforme a quantidade de de hospedis hóspedes. Sofá cama também muito duro.

Weird that the apartment is part of the hotel but has none of the service from the hotel. This wastn made clear and confused me.

Air conditioning noise and smell. Seems a very old unit without cleaning

Location was great and the staff was very professional.

The TV is old and isn't a Smart, no TV in the bedroom either, so you have to stay in the living room if you want to watch anything.
