O local não tem nada semelhante com Casa ou Edicula... é um quarto construído nos fundos de em estacionamento, não tem segurança, vigia ou guarita. O quarto é anexo ao ponto de limpeza dos carros, tipo lavação a seco. Um absurdo locar um ambiente desses.

Bom espaço, em local bem centralizado.

O chuveiro não estava esquentando( no inverno). Informamos ao contato que falou que mandaria um técnico, o que não aconteceu. Tomamos choque no interruptor de luz. O box só tem uma porta, deixando o banheiro molhado. Tomamos banho frio.A porta tem frestas que entra ar gelado e luz. Não tem maçaneta na porta de entrada.
