O apartamento é conforme o anúncio

- não possui acesso Wi-Fi (item essencial e básico em qualquer local) - o apartamento precisa de pequenas manutenções (quase todas as maçanetas caindo, papel de parede manchado/rasgado, mesa com vidro quebrado) - chuveiro a gás (pouco tempo com água quente e difícil de regular, todos da casa tiveram dificuldades em usar o chuveiro pois tomaram banho muito quente ou frio). Solicitamos ajuda, porém, ninguém apareceu - para ter acesso a garagem precisa ligar para alguém abrir, não entregaram o controle do portão - para acender a churrasqueira também precisa ligar para alguém - na piscina pode apenas acesso de 4 pessoas, porém, o apartamento era para 5 pessoas

Predio muito bem localizado, edifício excelente e o apartamento é ótimo.

Não tem nada q nao tenha gostado, só uma observação mesmo q só tem 1 banheiro mas muito belo e ótimo q nos atendeu.
