O flat é simples porém tem uma ótima localização bem pertinho da praia tem também um mercadinho próximo e Graças a Deus tem ar condicionado.

Pra quem vai querer cozinhar lá tem pouco utensílios não tinha pano de chão e a cortina não é black-out.

A acomodação no geral é boa. Possui ar condicionado, nos acomodou bem.

Dos utensílios da cozinha. Os talheres e pratos precisam ser trocados, estão muito desgastados, principalmente os pratos, que são de plástico duro, apresentando ranhuras onde a sujeira já começa a ficar impregnada de forma que não estão bons para uso. Os armários da cozinha precisam de uma limpeza.
