O ambiente é muito limpo, organizado e confortável. A casa é bem planejada, tem tudo o que precisa, é cheirosa, tem um quintal lindo, a vizinhança é tranquila. Débora e família foram sempre muito solícitos e dão boas dicas sobre os locais para aproveitar na cidade.

O apartamento e excelente, com uma vista maravilhosa, muito mais bonita pessoalmente. A localização é muito boa, na entrada da cidade, se vc está vindo da Pedra Azul. É um pouco distante do centrinho para ir a pé, mas se estivesse sozinho iria tranquilamente aproveitando a caminhada. Por ser um pouco distante, a rua é super silenciosa.
