Gostei muito da localização e da vista incrível e apaixonante. É perto de tudo. Dá pra ir à 25 de Março a pé. Pertinho do Metrô e ônibus. Meu local preferido até agora.

De tudo. Tudo velho, estragado o fogão, a sujeira, as roupas de cama velhas, as janelas sujas, não funcionava o controle remoto da televisão. Péssima instalação.

Consegui acessar com certa facilidade alguns pontos estratégicos da cidade

O acesso ao apartamento exigia o uso de 2 diferentes elevadores e subir escada, após o último elevador. Muito fedido a cigarro. Cama e sofá, péssimos. Cadeira quebrada. Sem opção de estacionamento
