Bonaparte: flat com suíte, vista incrível e WI-FI

tudo péssimo, logo na entrada tive que provar a contrataçao do quarto, a portaria nao sabia da minha reserva

tudo ruim, começando pela entrada que os recepcionistas nao saibam da minha reserva, quarto sujo, televisao nao funciona, varias peças quebradas como maçanetas, luminarias, geladeira desligada, banheiro entupido, limpeza péssima.

o apartamento é confortável. A cama é muito boa, e a cozinha tem tudo que precisa.

não há espaço para guardar as coisas no guarda roupas, porque já está cheio de coisas do apartamento; o blindex do banheira esta soltando e quase saiu comigo e poderia ter causado uma tragédia; a internet do apartamento praticamente não funciona. Não foi possivel utilizar a internet de la, tive que usar do celular e rotear para as tvs.

We stayed at Bonaparte in another apartment first and really liked it, both for its location and for the staff working at reception and security. That's why we chose this apartment to continue staying there. However, we were very disappointed. 

The place was very dirty. We found lots of tiny cockroaches in the kitchen; they came out at night. On the first night, there was lots of hair in the shower drain in the bathroom. My husband had to remove it because the water wasn't draining. There was lots and lots of dust under the bed. We complained and the owner suggested that they could do an extra pest control treatment, but I informed him that I had a respiratory problem and it would be risky, so I suggested that they buy traps to put in the kitchen, but nothing was done. As for the dust, after complaining, I had to clean it myself. They sent someone to unclog the drains. It's not worth the price, despite the great location. There are better options at Aparthotel Bonaparte.
