Excelente localização, próximo a mercado, padaria, bar e tem uma praça bem legal próximo. Lugar seguro, meu carro ficou 4 dias em em frente ao imóvel. Apartamento bem familiar e completo.

Do esgoto aberto em frente ao imóvel, porém do apartamento não dá pra sentir cheiros.
