localização excelente, tem chuveiro e televisão

cortinas velhas, armário quebrado, ar condicionado não funciona, colchão horrível da cama de casal, panelas velhas, sanduicheira quebrada, não tem proteção nas janelas pra quem vai com criança pequena.

"Um bom local"

Muito bem localizado, fica na área central, não precisa usar carro para andar no centro.

Por ser um prédio residencial, deveria ter melhor manutenção e cuidado das partes gerais e externas. O apto 622 não estava em boas condições, o vaso tinha vazamento, fomos realocados para o apto 327 e este sim estava em boas condições.
