Localização perfeita, piscinas boas e a limpeza é ótima.

A cama de casal não é muito confortável, bem como o sofá cama. Claro que depende muito de cada pessoa, mas achei a cama dura.

"Abaixo expectativa/frustrante pois não é frente ao mar e sim lateral de Santos, sem acesso aos fogos"

Acesso fácil e localização, somente

Muitos itens: Somente 1 banheiro e com a falta de agua, fica insuportável a estadia. Ficamos sem água por longo período impossibilitando uso geral e banho em pleno reveillon. Além disso a localização frente ao mar é de lado e com vista para São Vicente, não foi possível ver a queima de fogos nem o mar de Santos. Elevadores e garagem extremamente quentes sem ventilação.
