O predio tem uma infraestrutura excelente e o apartamento estava limpo e com roupa de banho e cama bons. Se atentar que o estacionamento precisa pagar e fazer reserva antecipada. E se atentar que há valor de caução a ser pago

"Desconfortavel , Inseguro e sujo ."

Nao foi uma boa experiencia , paredes de papel ou drywall Muito fino que passa o som dos Aptos Vizinhos.

Fomos cobrados 700 reais de caucao para um studio Velho com paredes sujas , sofa cama Muito Velho e todo Manchado . Lencois finos Velhos , travesseiros bem ruins mesmo .
