Gostei da localização. O chuveiro funciona, o ar condicionado tb.

Os serviços de manutenção do prédio estão desatualizados, tem um cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, as toalhas estavam com aspecto de mofadas, o edredon com cheiro de usado. Poderia ter taças de vidro e não de plástico.

Bien decorado, bien ubicado y con todo el menaje necesario para almacenar y preparar algunos alimentos. Tiene secadora, lavadora y plancha

Sensación de humedad, reservamos 4 habitaciones, principalmente la del 1er piso se sentía muy húmeda. Las toallas y cobijas guardan el olor

Localização e comércio local muito bom !! Tudo funcionando no apto ( ventilador de teto, ar, chuveiro , etc )

Deveriam especificar que são 2 lances de escada ( para pessoas que tenham problemas não serem pegas de surpresa ), e o banheiro está com problema sério de cheiro de esgoto, pode ser resolvido facilmente, inclusive há uma umidade que deixa o papel higiênico úmido. Tirando isso tudo estava ok !! Voltaria a me hospedar lá
