Localização em meio a terra, limpeza pessima. Banheiros com defeitos, um inclusive totalmente entupido onde eu mesma tive que desentupir. Portão eletrônico com defeito. Fogão com funcionamento somente pela metade

Eu amei esse apartamento... ele é completo! Papel higiênico no banheiro, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar, sanduicheira, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, sem falar na recepção que foi ótima! Sempre que eu for pra coroa vermelha vou ficar lá, a localização é ótima!

Em dias de chuva as ruas ficam alagadas algo que a prefeitura deve investir neste lugar, e demais ruas do bairro , para torná-lo melhor ainda.
