O hotel é muito bem localizado e tem boas instalações e facilidades, como máquinas de vendas automáticas com bebidas e snacks. O quarto é amplo e bastante confortável, tem cozinha bem equipada e direito a uma vaga de estacionamento. A comunicação com o anfitrião é muito tranquila e todas as informações importantes são enviadas com antecedência.

Alguns itens do mobiliário do quarto já precisam de reparos ou troca. O hotel precisa melhorar a segurança da área externa, pois não há câmeras nem agentes monitorando a chegada e saída de hóspedes na entrada da recepção. É preciso ter bastante cuidado à noite - um assaltante furtou objetos do interior do meu carro, que estava parado próximo ao porte-cochère do hotel.
