Localização e posição em relação à praia.

O apartamento era extremamente sujo e desorganizado. Móveis descascados e grandes para o tamanho do espaço, área de serviço cheia de entulhos. Os portões estavam caindo, havia mato nos canteiros. A água da piscina estava turva, não convidativa. Não recomendo.
