BRO conforto dos quartos
What ruined this rating was the disconnect between the renting owner and the property managers. Hotels.com failed to mention this was a third-party owned apartment within a large residential complex, and so my reservation was not in the system at the front desk. I had to seek help through the app and was given a WhatsApp number, which was largely unresponsive. Following an overnight flight, it took 3 hours to check in! Somehow my name was removed from the system the following day when the second guest arrived and was registered. My access was denied and security summoned. NOT a welcoming experience. Suggest hotels.com contact the apartment owner (a large multi-unit owner) to devise a much simpler and international traveler friendly registration experience.

O apartamento não estava limpo quando chegamos, chão empoeirado, haviam trocado as poltronas da varanda e colocado apenas uma muito suja no lugar das que estavam no anúncio do booking. Depois que perguntei, falaram que haviam quebrado e haviam substituído por uma provisória. O anúncio indicava que a acomodação dispunha de ar-condicionado, no entanto, havia ar-condicionado em apenas um dos quartos, e, para agravar a situação, o ventilador de outro quarto sequer funcionava.
BRA localização é excelente, a estrutura do prédio é perfeita! Tem 02 mercados no condomínio e isso facilita demais. Fomos bem recebidos tanto pelos funcionários da recepção como pelo anfitrião. Recebemos todas as informações necessárias previamente para check-in e check-out. Anfitriã super atenta e se colocou a disposição para qualquer ocorrência. Recomento!
Não tenho nada para falar sobre o apartamento. Tudo está excelente.
BRESTOU A HORAS NA RECEPÇÃO E ESTOU IMPOSSIBILITADO DE ACESSAR O APARTAMENTO POIS NÃO EXISTE REGISTRO EM MEU NOME E TAMBÉM NÃO FOI PASSADO PARA PORTARIA NENHUMA RESERVA PARA ESSA UNIDADE. UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO. JA TENTEI HOSPEDAGEM EM 12 HOTÉIS E TODOS ESTÃO CHEIOS. ESTOU NA RUA, SEM TER AONDE DORMIR, TENHA CERTEZA DO PROCESSO QUE VOCÊS IRÃO RECEBER.
BRBRO apartamento é bastante funcional, com bons eletrodomésticos, boas camas e bom espaço. O condomínio é super completo, com dois mercados praticamente dentro e staff solícito. A proprietária atendeu sempre rápido e de forma educada as mensagens.
