O Flat é bem agradável, confortável, equipado. Atendeu à nossa família de forma perfeita. Comunicação fácil, acesso fácil. No local tem aqueles pequenos mercados com vários itens, que facilita a logística. Tem uma padaria muito boa bem pertinho e comemos lá várias vezes.. Gostamos bastante.

Tudo é bom

Estúdio muito bem equipado, com geladeira, microondas, cafeteitas elétrica e de cápsulas, fogão por indução, etc. Pra completar, tinha até projetor e telão para assistir alguma coisa à noite, além de uma smart TV. Possui também garagem gratúita, item raro em estúdios em São Paulo.

Somente de ser um pouco distante da Av Paulista, mas nada que uma caminhada de 10 a 15 min não supere.

Ótimo ap. bastante confortável e bem equipado com uma ótima localização. Recomendo.

Perfeito, ficamos muito bem acomodadas. O local tem tudo o que precisa para ser uma hospedagem agradável. Boa localização, cafeteria na esquina!

The property manager, Juliana, is polite and attentive. Even though it was not possible to change a few things, she was very patient to clarify the situation. The location of the property is very good. There is a garage, which is rare nowadays.

The virtual concierge is the worst I’ve seen. The staff seems unprepared and strictly follows the rules with no flexibility for unexpected situations. I was really upset on two occasions. The first was every time I had to drive into the parking garage. There’s no plate-reading camera—though there are facial recognition devices everywhere (I’ll get back to that in a minute)—but no technology to assist with car entry. The process is this: you leave your car, walk around it, and find the intercom next to the pedestrian entrance. There, they ask for all your information: document number, name, apartment number, and vehicle make, model, and plate. Everyone on the street, especially those trying to get buzzed in, can hear your private information. They claim it’s for your safety, but this is a major flaw and a safety red flag. And this happens EVERY time. Ironically, they ask for the same information to let you out, but at least that feels a bit more private. The second issue was on my check-out date. The standard check-out time is 11 am, but I had informed them I would be leaving by 8 am. At 7 am, I went downstairs with my luggage to my car. When I headed back upstairs to grab the rest, the facial recognition by the elevators had ALREADY EXPIRED. It was a minor disappointment, but I called the virtual concierge, and they said I was NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM. They could see that I entered the building the previous evening at 12:01 am, but that wasn’t enough for their “security standards”. Unbelievable. I called three times and waited about 10 minutes, which cost us our breakfast before our long trip. After 10 minutes, I managed to get in, but nobody helped, nor did they seem willing to assist. I didn’t have my phone on me, so I couldn’t call the property manager. I also didn’t like the fact that the spare mattresses didn’t have a dedicated set of sheets. There was a cover sheet that was already on the mattress, but that was it. I had to borrow some to have some comfort.
