It's a good choice in Praia Grande in several reasons : location is very good ! The apartment is remode in modern way and tile floor , which I liked . The downsize is the additional things you need to bring / buy to the apartment : bed lines , toilet paper , toilet brash ...even plumber to open a stock situation . In additions , I needed to buy dishes soup. The owner even asked me to buy myself a blanket! I wrote it because it was very annoyed me ( not just from the expenses side ) ,. I paid extra fees to extra services and even no one cleaned the place . Maybe it's a local Brazilian way to do things 🤔

Essa é a 1ª vez q me acomodo nessa charmosa kitnet, gostei muiiiito!! Um ambiente compacto, mas gigante no capricho d um espaço aconchegante e confortável. A prova d q Menos é Mais!! Com definição de praticidade, tudo à mão...fácil de limpar e organizar. Funcional Ambiente. A localização é imbatível, tudo perto, principalmente a Praia. Deixando frisado!!! Atenção e gentileza do Anfitrião, q é Sensacional. FikDik: Para qem qér conforto, aconchego, praticidade e atenção...Super indico...Assino embaixo...

Não tem Nada q Eu NÃO gostei!!! Pra mim tá tdo perfeito... Até a decoração, aproveitou cada cantinho com muita inteligência e bom gosto do Anfitrião

Uma kit excelente, a localização é maravilhosa perto de tudo, tudo msm mercado, lanchonete, farmácia, sorveteira, restaurante e muito perto da praia uns 7 min, a praia é bem tranquila e limpinha para quem vai com crianças, super recomendo o anfitrião Leandro super hiper simpático.

Não ter elevador como cansa subir escadas kkkkkk
