"Apartamento top em Gramado"

O apartamento 4 que foi onde ficamos é muito bom, bem amplo e camas muito confortáveis, tudo muito limpo, cheiroso e muito bem arejado, cozinha completa, sofá confortável, smart tv e internet muito bons. Tem mercadinhos próximos, pracinha e quadra de futsal na frente.

El estacionamiento muy chico. Conviene dejar el vehículo fuera del edificio; para no perder tiempo ni volver con algún rayón

Apartamento confortável, estava limpo e arrumado.

A máquina de lavar roupas não fica no apartamento. O estacionamento é péssimo, nosso carro ficou na rua porque um vizinho argentino achou que era o único no prédio e prendia todos. As panelas de teflon não tem teflon, perigoso isso. Não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, só um ventilador. A localização é perto do centro mas tem que usar carro ou subir e descer uma ladeira muito ingreme.

a limpeza e organização do apt, além da localização, tranquila, com mercadinho proximo e ao mesmo tempo a proximidade com centro sem a agitação do centro. adorei, seria com certeza minha escolha num retorno a cidade

Apartamento funcional chuveiro bom, cama boa...

Estacionamento complicado, estacionar em fila Indiana depende de outros hóspedes pra retirar carro. Quartos precisam melhorar a pintura. Ar condicionado somente na sala.Localizacao apesar de ser perto do centro é necessário veículo pra deslocamentos ao centro.
